Launching on April 26, The Duviri Paradox is an entirely new way to play #Warframe – no matter where you are in your journey. If you’re a new Tenno, you’ll be asked to choose where you want your story to begin: The Origin System or The Duviri Paradox. Both paths will converge in time, but it’s up to you to decide. An astonishing new experience awaits you once you assume the role of The Drifter and explore the vast, color-shifting Planes of Duviri through a gritty new Cinematic Quest. But be careful, Tenno. Your attempts to wrest control of this new open world will not go unnoticed by the despotic Dominus Thrax, whose emotions transform the fabric of Duviri itself. Fly high atop your loyal Kaithe solo, or Squad up with fellow Tenno to take on spectacular new threats like the fearsome Orowyrm. Will you restore Duviri before the next Spiral?

I played it a bit on the ps4 back in the day. I missed all this new open world stuff. I've also tried several times to start again, but it is somehow too complex and too much at once.

That's very smart. Create great new content, and allow players to access it right away instead of having new players look at a trailer for content they won't be able to see for 50 hours or whatever. This really would be a great time to jump in with a friend or two as new players.

The only systems you really need to know at the start of warframe are how to mod your warframe and weapons and how to upgrade your starter weapons. You can clear most of the star map with that and do most of the story. Systems like open words and space combat are only really required for the last story campaign.

Duviri is something different to the old starmap Warframe. The main mode is a roguelite with a parry system, which is excitingly different to other games since those features are so rare.
