Shouldn't it be 60 considering the game isn't very demanding?

they are not gonna nerf disparnumerphobia? great!
about respec... well just use the notepad to edit your save.
Charisma....isn't as useless as luck. It's key for a non-combat focused character getting more xp for personal actions such as lockpicking etc., and really helps make your leadership radius bigger, which helps your non-combat unit act as a good 'support/buff' character. (especially with some of the new leadership perks). Plus, you'll get more stat points every 10 levels, which can alleviate early 'non-min/maxing' choices.
And like I said, high party total charisma is important for some recruits, so you're better off on that front.
It just makes combat a fair bit more difficult for the start, lol. Also, shotguns are a bit of an AP hog no matter what, to be fair.
I've never actually taken the Highpool route, but I've heard similar things in regards to the setup of the 'level' and how its 'easier' for a newer player.
I don't know bro. Best to ask the devs this question.Shouldn't it be 60 considering the game isn't very demanding?
what does even-numbered levels mean anyway?
also that asshole quirk look OP too

Getting a bit frustrated with the interface, and possibly bugs.
The skill wheel doesn't always show all available skills, sometimes it will just show lockpicking and nothing else, I also struggle with the way you select party members to heal, and sometimes have to use healing items from the inventory to get them to work, as they won't work through the skill wheel.
Weapon hit percentage seems to have a mind of it's own, sometimes it will show unusual low hit percentages, even though I am in the correct range, and I can't figure out why.
Menus also seem a bit laggy, which considering you spend a lot of time in the menus, makes things like wading through treacle at times, I also don't like the way there is no textual indication of party members, it's all driven by portraits, which is fine if you can remember who is who by their portrait.
Just seems like I am wrestling with the interface more than I am playing the game.

That's disappointing to hear, the UI was my biggest gripe with the original version. Way too many clicks to perform basic actions like demolitions and lock picking.

Is it worth trying this if you're a fan of the new Bethesda Fallouts but found the first 2 intensely dull?

Hi guys! I bought the game today and I'm going in totally blind. Can you give me any tipps and tricks to make the start of the game nice and not frustating? Any do's and don'ts?

coordination is too highI decided to restart and make a new squad as well. Too many wasted stats on my first squad.
Here goes.
If you want to select particular party member to heal, cycle through them (by pressing L/R) before you choose the medic skill. After you choose the skill, you can't cycle through target anymore. It's silly, yeah.
Regarding weapon accuracy, perhaps the enemy is on cover, or it's not your weapon optimum range. Check each of your weapon's optimum range. Even though there are 2 same type weapons (ex: assault riffles), sometimes their optimum range is different.

It's been a while I've seen timed and semi-real time objectives in an RPG, is there a point going to AG Center after Highpool?
God no. Stick to FPS games.
you guys are brutal.
I have the missing perk bug and while I could go into the save file to fix it, I think I'd be too tempted to also give myself a few extra skill points. I'm terrible.
Guess I have to survive without them.
