I was hoping that they'd get somebody good for Dr. Long; his mini-arc is delightfully twisted. The only way he could be more uncanny is if he had a big grin on his face (assuming that that is taken before he met Rorschach).

Awesome, I can feel the excitement bubbling up inside me.

The trailers and videos we've seen makes it look all glamorous and cool with fight scenes and slow-motion shots but Watchmen isn't about the glorification of heros or superheros. It's the complete opposite. They take heros and dig deep into their pitiful beings to show the real sides of these false idols and their way of life.
At least I'm sure it'll be well-shot, that's the least I can expect for now.
