What games would you like to see remastered?

Mass Effect trilogy with DLC included. In particular, I'd love to see the first game with a bit of cleaning and polish. It seems like a pretty obvious thing to do, too.

I'd also be all over SMT: Nocturne.

MGS4 has needed a "Substance" style special edition for years. It's a corroded masterpiece, IMO. Having some more content would improve the title immensely, and now the sporadic low-res textures stick out badly.

I'm still baffled that they didn't include Acension with GOW3. I haven't played that entry and was waiting for the "inevitable" remaster. Sad to see I was wrong
 
Skyrim with all the dlc.

Better textures, bug fixes, better lighting.... uggghhhh.

Ultimately I want a pretty PC looking version on my xbone.

Unfortunately, though Sunshine is my absolute fave out of all 3D Mario titles, I don't see Nintendo returning to it. I'd like to be proven wrong, though.

Other games I'd like to see remastered:

SSX collection
Eternal Darkness

...a couple others I can't think of right now.

You know, I actually replayed dark cloud II a week or so back, and man, it s still a gorgeous game, would look delicious remastered.

But holy crap I forgot how horrible of a grindfest it was with its randomly created levels that you have to slog through 15-20-30 at a time in order to get anything done.

And then I forgot to save after like 10 or so levels, and was destroying the boss in the star tower or whatever, and when the game switched to the 'protect the baby seal wrapped in bacon from polar bears' IE dont let the flames touch the girl, an off screen flame touched the girl, and bam, ten mind numbing grindy levels undone.

I.... Havent gone back since.
 
Catherine: I'd love to own this on PS4 or for it to receive a PC release a la Valkyria Chronicles.

Vanquish: 60fps on PS4 or a good PC port please.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance: I'd be happy with a straight port of the PC version to PS4.

Gears of War Trilogy: I hope that we get that this year!
 
Likely to happen at some point:
1. Uncharted trilogy (maybe even include Golden Abyss)
2. Mass Effect trilogy
3. Arkham trilogy (maybe not Origins sadly)
4. Bioshock trilogy
5. Gears of War collection
6. Reserving this spot for something obvious

Might happen
1. Crysis trilogy (Crytek being in a world of hurt may make this happen)
2. Dead Space trilogy
3. Infamous 1 and 2
4. Ratchet and Clank games
5. Killzone trilogy (KZ2 at least)
6. Red Dead Redemption
7. Dishonored
8. Skyrim
9. Fallout collection

Needs to happen for the sake of giving a series a new lease on life.

No it isn't actually you are promoting this trend by simply buying remasters. Maybe if you avoided it they'd instead develop a new IP or a spiritual successor/sequel.

- Dark Souls 2 (done!)

- Demon's Souls (please)

- Red Dead Redemption (or at least make it BC on Xbox One)

- Tokyo Jungle (I know, I know....it'll probably never happen)

- Katamari HD Collection (I want EVERY Katamari game, but at this point anything is welcome)
