Battlefront already has VR coming this year
It would make to much sense to happendespite the stigma of never releasing, i've always thought half life 3 would be an appropriate re-entry for valve, in VR
gordon is a silent protagonist - there is also never a moment where the experience is not charted through his eyes (no cinematics)
its the perfect vehicle for a VR game, and half life has tended to break paradigms with every release anyway, so it only makes sense
that being said it'll never happen lol
Haha I thought that was battlefield I just typed in COD VR and that's what poped up haha>OP mentions Call of Duty
>Posts Battlefield 4 screenshot
u wot
The better question is what major franchise will adopt VR well.
Wouldn't be surprised if Ubisoft would use the tech sooner rather than later. Maybe for the next Assassin's Creed or something.
Half Life
Wishful thinking
Gran Turismo is the first that came to mind.

Ace Combat 7 is already confirmed for VR
Elder Scrolls would work for me.
That's the best idea I have heard ever. Bro work for Sony now and get on itI tend to feel like many established franchises aren't going to just translate well into VR, though big racing and flight series are an obvious exception.
But one thing I'd actually love to see would be a Shadow of the Colossus rework. Man it would be fuckin' unreal to have to deal with those bosses at proper scale. When I booted up Windlands the other day and saw the big golem that he added to the intro that is walking past, I immediately thought of SotC.
I was going to say. Can't get much bigger than Star wars.Battlefront already has VR coming this year

Wait, isn't AC 7 releasing with VR support?
Thanks to 6 being Xbox 360 exclusive and Assault Horizon being shit people forget that Ace Combat is a AAA franchise.Guys, Ace Combat is a major franchise that's adopting VR.
GTA VI VR (Vice City 2) would be my dream game.
Literally "Goodbye real world"
