What the hell is wrong with my elbow?

(Warning: Typing on my phone. Hate that.)

So I 'injured' my left elbow in the gym. While performing pull-ups, I did one too many -_-
Should have skipped the last one. I had no power left and it felt like I had all the weight on my elbow/forearm, while pulling up. Had no pain at all. I even made 4 sets of dips afterwards. While doing it, it hurt a bit . I stopped and went home.

Hours later, while brushing me teeth, I moved my left arm/forearm and heard a weird sound.
So I moved my forearm up and down and realized it was my elbow. It's not a cracking sound, but like.....I don't know.....like my tendon was grinding on a bone / on the joint. It didn't hurt. Don't get me wrong, I don't say it's the tendon in my elbow that causes the weird sound, but yeah, it's not a cracking sound, so I don't think I damaged any bones or cartilages.

Next day, I woke up, moved my arm. No sound. 'Fuck yeah' I thought. Tried to get my pants on and my elbow hurt like hell.

(Not my elbow btw. Just a google image.)

So yeah, went to my doc and he said 'Well, seems like you damaged the bursa in your elbow. Cooling your elbow is important."
Went home, googled, well yeah, if I did damage my bursa, there would be a visible bumb on the elbow. I can't see shit.

Well then, let's go to a orthopaedic specialist. The doc took an X-Ray of my elbow and.... nothing. According to him, the elbow looks fine, the joint looks fine. No visible issue. So I made certain moves, pushed against his hand.... nothing. No pain. Only while pushing something to the (left) side, it hurt (see pic above). So he says "The muscle isn't damaged. The tendons aren't damaged. Well..... it's weird. I think you damaged the capsule in your elbow. No stress on your left arm and keep cooling it."

Okay, here we are, 5 weeks later. While in the shower, I moved my arm several times behind my back. Went to bed, moved my left arm and the fucking sound was back. Next morning, the pain was back while getting my pants on. The fuck? 5 fucking weeks (a damaged capsule needs 5-6 weeks to heal) and now it feels like only 5 minutes went by.

So I'm not so sure anymore that it's just a damaged capsule. Should I go to a different orthopedist? Man, I'm freaking out. Already lost 8kg in the last 6 weeks, lost a LOT of muscle mass and I fear that I damaged my elbow so bad that I can't work out anymore. Like... never again. Already have nightmares about an upcoming elbow surgery. Fucking hell man.

Long story short: Fucked up my elbow and don't know what causes the pain and the weird sound. Anyone out there that had a similar injury?

Fake edit.:
