ME1:
- Virmire, specifically choosing Kaidan to die over Ashley. My biggest mistake in the series.
- The ending sequence, specifically convincing Saren to stop himself. Permanently. Still the best antagonist of the series.
ME2:
- The opening sequence. Watching Shepard die and go down with the classic Normandy is a pretty intense way of starting the game.
- Activating Legion. Actually talking to a Geth was something, and it made for my favorite character throughout the entire trilogy and one of my favorite video game characters of all time.
- Operation Overlord ending. Downright messed up, but it feels so good to make things right.
- The entirety of Lair of the Shadow Broker. Not only get to reunite with the greatest love interest that is Liara, and if you disagree you are wrong, but its full of some of the best action throughout the series with a great finale encounter with the Shadow Broker
ME3:
- The opening sequence. Throughout the entire trilogy, we had waited for the moment the Reapers finally pull off a full-scale invasion on the galaxy. Watching it finally happen was pretty scary and another good opening.
- Tuchanka story-arc. Downright epic. From seeing Wrex again, hearing the female Krogan's speech, fucking thresher maw fighting reapers.
- Mordin's death. I fucking cried.
- Thane's death. Lord, did I cry.
- Killing Udina. About fucking time.
- Rannoch's ending and Legion's death. I can't take this.
- Charging towards the Conduit. Watching Shepard and Alliance troopers all run for the Conduit as a Reaper was zapping them all truly emphasized how desperate the galaxy had become in trying to stop the Reapers. This was the real suicide mission.
- The entirety of the Citadel DLC. Stupid, cheesy, but it was great to lay back and spend time with all of your favorite characters. It was a great final goodbye to them all.
Despite the ending, ME3 had the best moments of the series that hit every emotion in me.
