When do we call it a crash?

It wont technically be a 'crash' but many people will say it is when next gen consoles struggle to get close to the numbers of this gen, or previous gens.

Not really a crash happening yet, but it certainly *is* time to talk and think about it. We're still seeing the rubberband effect from the pandemic entertainment boom, massive corrections happening in real time. Infinite growth is not a thing, no matter how much shareholders want it to be. There need to be a lot more issues resolved so that we can avoid a second crash, but I don't see things improving before they get worse.

Probably when revenues YoY drop.
for more than 30% at the same time. Combined as a whole in the same calendar year. The paying public has to be united in its disgust at business practices for a real crash to happen.

But, right now, shadow banking loans are keeping these shit houses aloft until they call in their loans. Will that happen, only when something else more gigantic crashes first and everyone begins circling their collective wagons.

Its more of a contraction happening than a crash.

However, I don't think a AAA crash is unrealistic at this point. AAA just keeps escalating their problems to their detriment with no stopping in sight. They're too lost and far gone. They've got themselves painted into a corner and instead taking a reasonable step back they just keep pushing themselves further into it.
