I've seen them at Walmart, but not as "rawky" as you seem to want it. I've seen ones that look similar to the 2nd pic you posted(black one). They're in the same section where they have the wallets, purses and stuff.

you live anywhere near nyc? you could buy that sort of leather wristwear/neckwear pretty cheap anywhere in the village and/or soho.
