I followed Gametrailers.com for Bossman and GT Time and Spaziogames.it for italian reviews and live. You all know what happened to the first one and Spaziogames just lost its core staff.

Gaf and occasionally kotaku. i used to love ign but I kinda stopped using it around the time greg miller left. Alot of it is due to the editors and personalities which are a far cry from the hillary goldstiens, mark bozons, and jeremy dunhams of the past. And the editors I do really like that are still there, namely people like Jared Petty and vince ingenito feel pushed to the back ground so people like max scoville, marty slyvia, and brian altano can make dumb jokes. Dont get me wrong, I love the comedy button podcast and think altano and scoville are hilarious on it, but thats not the reason I went to ign.

GameCentral is my primary price to go - love David Jenkins' writing and coverage, he's an absurdly talented person to be able to cover so many different topics and games pretty much all by himself.

Other than that I occasionally check Eurogamer, Gamesindustry.biz, GAF for my news, the latter of which leads me to sites I don't check daily.

10 years ago? I probably would have said CVG was my primary location for news. RIP.

I used Joystiq before they were closed to read all the general gaming stuff that wouldn't necessarily be posted on NeoGAF. I could quickly scroll through and get the gist of everything that mattered.

The only gaming-related website I use nowadays that isn't NeoGAF is Giant Bomb, but I don't go to them for news. Now, if I go to a website, it's because of a link posted/retweeted on Twitter by someone like Austin Walker.

Edit: For virtual reality stuff, I use reddit.

I used to read Joystiq for years. Once they got shutdown I was kind of in limbo for a while because I could not really find a gaming news site I really liked. Then about 5 ish months ago I remembered about GAF and then applied to make an account.

GAF and the occasional twitter post from devs I follow is all I need.

There is something that just grinds my gears about gaming website authors (Except for giantbomb. They are the absolute best.). I don't know what it is about the writing style or personalities but I can't handle it.

Since GT closed it's been tough finding another site to visit besides Gaf.
I've actually started going back to Eurogamer, Dtoid and Siliconera.
I've also started going to RPGfan every now and then.
Can't say any other sites around are worth the click.
