I like Dr. Strange one also. It took me a while to warm up to it but I think is cool now.

I've seen a lot of Catwoman in this thread, but am I the only one who favors this:

over the rest? I really dig what they did for the film. Looked great.

Liked her in the movie but wasn't a big fan of the costume.
needed a hood or something.
though I do like it more than some of the old comic versions.

edit: Spiderman and Superman are the worst. Not shocking they are both terrible superheros too.

lol. You almost had me there, buddy. ;)

And yes, I also want to throw my vote to Spider-Man's costume as being the best as well. It's just right. Iconic and really, it speaks to what he can do, I think.

Classic Aquaman is so awesome. Love what Jim Lee did to update the design (shirt into chain mail namely, leave the rest alone mostly).

Can't believe some people prefer that hook hand nonsense.

The King of Atlantis doesn't have to be clean-shaven like the landlubbers. :P

I thought the water hand was cool though.

From Marvel, the Punisher for the simple fact that it's effective and actually has a meaningful purpose: he attacks at night wearing all black, and the white skull draws fire away from his head. That and it's just nice, simple, and elegant. One of the few major heroes that pulls off a costume that is essentially a regular-ass outfit, and looks fucking baller while doing it.

But in terms of outright cool-itude. I gotta go with Moon Knight:

As for DC, Red Son Superman and Gaslight Batman are both pretty great:

I loved it too. But I am a sucker for heroines in boots with high heels, even though they are fucking useless.

For men it's a toss-up between Iron Man, Spidey and Black Panther for me.

Wonder Woman, especially when wearing armor is my favorite female costume by quite a big margin.

But my personal favorite is Dr. Fate:

I'm a sucker for cool helmets.

For someone called Union Jack whose costume is basically the Union Flag on his chest you'd think they'd get the design on the flag right.

Also he's not on a jackstaff so his correct name should be Union Flag.

It is often stated that the Union Flag should only be described as the Union Jack when flown in the bows of a warship, but this is a relatively recent idea. From early in its life the Admiralty itself frequently referred to the flag as the Union Jack, whatever its use, and in 1902 an Admiralty Circular announced that Their Lordships had decided that either name could be used officially. In 1908, a government minister stated, in response to a Parliamentary question, that "the Union Jack should be regarded as the National flag

Seems fine to use Union Jack.

It looks fine to me:
OK, that's better. But you have to agree the other picture was full of wrongs. Thin white borders and fat red diagonals. Just thought it you were going to name someone after a flag you'd at least look up how it looks before hand.

Technically the diagonals are still wrong though. Most obvious with the bottom left hand one (our left).

Seems fine to use Union Jack.
That was just a silly joke since I wanted to add something else to complain about, because the idea of calling a superhero Union Flag would sound rather absurd. But glad someone took the time to look it up.
