Primitive games are dominant games; advanced games are regressive games. Which is exactly why we are so strongly opposed to console ports: we are trying to preserve our fragile gaming.

The thing that bugs me most is that I've never had this problem until this last year.

Part of me no longer feels safe to go out alone because, apparently, being seen as a desired mate could eventually become being seen as a potential rape target.

I always wondered how White Supremacists feel about the different "flavours" of white people. I know the Nazis considered Slavs as backward and inferior, for instance. Some saw themselves as a Nordic stronghold encased on all sides by Slavs, Latins and Anglo-Saxons (lol). Are they racist against Spanish people, given that modern Spaniards are partly descended from Africans and Arabs as well as Iberians? Do they hate Russians because Russia extends out into Northern Asia?

As much as possible they probably promote the idea that blond, blue-eyed folk are the pinnacle of human evolution, even if they themselves may very well have some "contaminated" ancestry.

Some of the people I grew up with hated the Russians, but that was because of the Communist oppression of Poland. Which is why they ended up moving here.

Then again, I guess that makes some sense, or at least has a basis in an actual history of oppression as opposed to perceived slights and other hare brained conspiracies Americans concoct in their dull genteel daily lives. :P
