Sony had what was technically the best conference, but Zelda excited me far more than almost anything else, and Square Enix's streams were great too.
But as players, a healthy industry and exciting games means we all win, of course.

For me it was Nintendo with Zelda.
Zelda + Gwent. Those are the only 2 games from E3 that I know I will be playing. Not really interested in any of the other games.

All publishers won as they will sell more games.
All dedicated fans thought their favourite console / game won and fanboys proclaimed it.
The event organisers actually won something useful at E3, they made a ton of money hosting the event.
For gaming, the publisher that gets the biggest bump in sales post E3 due to their marketing efforts actually got the most out of the event.
So nobody will know who actually won until we see how things unfold in the coming months is the correct answer.

Zelda is getting an insane amount of coverage in mainstream press like Verge, Los Angeles Times etc. Even PC Gamer jumped a gun and made a thinkpiece about it.

Despite me having no plans to buy any Xbox hardware I enjoyed the MS conference the most. Nintendo's 40 minutes of Pokemon was downright painful, but Zelda was looking great so I give them second. Sony's did basically nothing for me. Lost even the interest I had in Horizon.
