someone who agrees thank godBlizzard still has Diablo 4, and WoW still being played a lot and we also have the classic wotlk so I'll give them a chance.
Square Enix is a huge miss most of the times but also sometimes gives some good shit so eh, mixed feelings here
Ubisoft, nope, fuck off, voted for them.
Microsoft, well, sure they kinda fumbled a lot with big triple A games, but gamepass is still a great service for poor gamers, we did get some nice indies as well and well Starfield is a huge gamble.
You do realise no one actually cares about console wars like we do, right? I truly enjoy these discussions because they give us the ability to discourse effectively and critique with in-depth analysis. However, the straight console-war like mentalities and hot takes serve no one.Microsoft and it's not even close.
Nor is it only on "this forum" as a comment above implies.
Ten years of floundering about, a string of mediocre Halo games, stale Gears games, and, despite Game Pass, they're still stuck in third place. Then the CEO makes a series of public statements that were absolute PR blunders which essentially threw the entire brand under the bus. They're losing the ABK acquistion fight that they've dragged on for far too long as they have an uphill battle against the FTC in court and CMA on appeal. They just dropped one of the worst rated, worst performing, first party games in twenty years -- so bad that even their peers are supposedly mocking the developers at Arkane over it. All of their projects outside of Starfield and Forza Motorsport are in development hell and are unlikely to come to fruition for more than a year; Everwild, Fable, Perfect Dark, don't expect them until late 2024 or 2025 at the earliest.
The other companies on that list have made some truly boneheaded decisions (including Blizzard, today!) but they all have solid games on the horizon.
Well, maybe not Ubisoft.
Forza Horizon 5If someone asked me "I just bought an xbox series for halo infinite, what other games should I get?"
I'd legitimately have trouble coming up with an answer.
The scene is quite funny to see when the CS:GO market is thriving more than ever which is (along with the whole steam marketplace) essentially a centralized NFT market.![]()

Some types of optimistic arent good.....near literally every NFT collection starts off with optimistic creators.....near literally every one of them ends up failing or being rugpulls......the question is whether Square Enix will fail or will pull the rug from under everyone dumb enough to invest in their NFT projects.
The NFT train already left the station......and crashed.
If I were the CEO, I would have fired him. He admitted he didn't have a vision.I agree his interview if anything mad things worse. I can't recall an interview like it before in the gaming industry

He really shouldn't have done that interview, he was obviously still in shock after losing the Activision deal.If I were the CEO, I would have fired him. He admitted he didn't have a vision.
That's one helluva run-on sentence.Folks trying to pretend Nintendo games like TOTK lack in design and talent and execution when they're clearly the love child of that love triangle after hundreds of hours of painful labor, because these masterpieces are the games that have to be the overrated products people just can't judge honestly because of the parent company they're actually constantly slamming and shaming in the media and in public at every turn, no, that's not the average AAA cinematic non game crap peddled by other companies and the media and average social medialite as the greatest thing ever, it's Nintendo that always gets a pass and their fans that buy everything no matter what, that's why Zelda became a Super Mario level seller only with BOTW after decades of being far more niche despite its quality and that's why WiiU was such a grand success like all the crap they ever put out, lol![]()
Only Forza, if you dont count Halo, Doom, Fallout, starfield, elder scroll, Gears, Age of empires, etc.You can say a lot of shit about each company but only one has no games.
Blizzard has a new Diablo, crushed it with Diablo remake, WoW dragon flight was a hit, and wow hardcore is popular AF right now.
Ubi has a successful record with AC series, rainbow six siege is still getting lots of support and players, and they are trying new IPs even if they fail.
SquareEnix has had so many dubs even last year it's too many to list but octo 2, triangle strategy , ff14 success, a new mainline FF, dragon quest XI, Nier automata, and more and more.
Then we get to the Forza company. That's their one redeeming franchise. They better hit some bangers this year or I don't see them having a next console generation.
Has a new doom, fallout, elder scrolls, launched since acquisition? Nope. That's Bethesda magic we are waiting on. Starfield we trust.Only Forza, if you dont count Halo, Doom, Fallout, starfield, elder scroll, Gears, Age of empires, etc.
This.It is very hard to top around 10 years of [good games are coming next year], followed by [good games don't even sell consoles].![]()
You said tha Forza was the only redeeming franchise they have, so I posted a list of big franchise that xbox has. It is not my problem that you wanna deflect speaking bullshit about Halo being a bad game, Gears being dead in a monthHas a new doom, fallout, elder scrolls, launched since acquisition? Nope. That's Bethesda magic we are waiting on. Starfield we trust.
Gears is dead within a month for MP compared to old gears games.
Age of empires no doubt is a banger for 2DE. 4 was a major miss.
You really want to even bring up Halo ? Come on….
