I don't see them in CenCal.
I'm from there and my local doughnut shop has pink boxes.

Ngoy (the g is silent)
Randy's Donuts are overrated.
But I can see where you are coming from. While I like donuts, I never have the urge to eat them by themselves. I always need to have some coffee or tea with them.
Donuts are big in LA? That's weird as I felt like I could never find a good donut shop when I lived there. Of course, I'm from the Northeast and am addicted to my Dunkin Donuts so the sketchy mom-and-pop shops weren't doing it for me.
Where in Fresno? I just get bakery from the bread man in the van.

I had no idea the pink boxes were only a regional thing.

I grew up associating pink boxes with Chinese bakeries. Didn't know it was a donuts/California thing as well.

Portland is the epicenter of donuts. Go there.
And, it seems, junk food snobbery.
You shut your whore mouth. Randy's Donuts has the best crumb doughnuts I've ever had.
