I don't claim to have some sort of "modern style" for myself. On days when I'm hanging out with the wife and/or friends, it's a t-shirt and jeans. If we're going somewhere formal, I might move to slacks and a dress shirt. Job interview gets the normal suit. Weddings get tuxes.

And wear what you want, I'm just telling you that from the average guy and average girl perspective, people that wear hats like these (or even worse, that suspenders outfit) stick out like a sore thumb. The first impression you give off is one of being pretentious.

I got a pinstripe fedora when I went to Vegas. I love it but to be honest I only wore it over there. For vacation it's badass cause no one knows that mysterious person in the hat. Back home people are like WTF are you dressed like Justin Timberlake for?

Anyways, I'm gonna have to go against the norm and say that I hate old fashion. I hate the hassle of wearing a suit, hate how it feels on me, hate the feeling that I'm buying into "high brow" bullshit when I put one on. I'm just too "common man" or something for all that. you havent tried enough on. the slightest changes in shape/design make a big difference on how a hat makes your face/head look.
