Even that bran stuff?? I mostly eat those Special K, Cheerios, Honey Bunches of Oats, Raisin Bra, with the occasional Captain Crunch once in a blue moon. Anyhow back on topic.
Dad Bod just mean a body your 40-50 year old something dad usually have.
Plain cheerios is fine.
But the others have tons of sugar, especially Raisin Bran. Read the nutritional label.
Switch to a higher protein breakfast. You will be fuller more and protein is anabolic, meaning helps build and maintain muscle.
