I liked Infinite hugely, I thought it was a great experience and I played it partially with my girl by my side in one of a few efforts I've made over the years to convince her that gaming is worthwhile.
Look, I'm not trying to flame this stuff, I'm not trying to take on the video by the third poster on this thread (i can't, i didn't watch his whole 38 minute video), but from my perspective doing things like saying the opening moment where you have to choose to throw a ball at a couple of the organizer is flaccid, or criticizing the game for not using 'nigger' so much, it's a bit like criticizing a snickers bar because it contains nuts, caramel and chocolate (and nougat) but no strawberries. You're taking something that's entirely worthy, if limited, as it stands and asking why it couldn't be more/more complex.
I concede that, sure, if this game had been the more cutting and demonstrative title the guy in that video hints at, it could have been an important moment in gaming history... But do we really have to get on it for not having achieved that?
I thought the game was cinematic, good looking, dramatic, and polished. I didn't pick it apart as I was playing it.
