Have you tried uninstalling and deleting everything that is related to Wildstar?
You may want to check your registry as well. Then you can install the game afterward.

Just want to point this out to everyone. Do not pick "Novice" when choosing experience since players are not able to port out of the training zone into the arkships.

If you're in Europe, it sounds like you should pick the EU server because latency is a bigger deal in this game than most.

Sure but usually these days latency isn't that bad (its not like you get 400 ms or something like the "good" old days ).

Apparently, the first 15 levels have been changed completely. That's what they said, anyway.

If you pick Veteran in the character creation you'll land on the planet straight away and start from there. The introduction isn't neccecary if you know how mmo's play. There's some story in the introduction though.

You change your region in the launcher, not in the game. Entity is the NA PvE server and Warhound is the NA PvP server.

Medic is quite possibly the most unique class I've played in an MMO, but Stalker is amazingly fun so far. I vote Stalker. Medic is probably fun to heal with but DPS Medic ends up being kind of tedious.

My Exile char is named Tyreas Kas, by the way.

spells are all changed well not all, but just made a engineer, and you get artilary bot before the tanking bot, and you dont get 2 bots until level 12 (used to be 6!), and more stuff

Most/all classes seem to be able to either DPS or heal/tank but, is there any class that can carry out a role better than the others?

Like, say, the warrior being worse DPS than say the spellslinger but better tank than the stalker or something. I don't want to be forced to heal if I pick spellslinger/medic, or tank if I choose stalker due to performing worse than other classes.

Aaaand it's down? Medic is great so far, not as powerful as Esper I played in beta, but the combination of close combat, mobility and AOE make Medics more fun to play IMO.
