Did you think that X360’ s launched games could also be made in the NRV?

Even that we don't have any images of the NRV games, we already have sufficient numbers of possible configurations techniques.

Taking off the high resolution, it will be possible that NRV cold run games like Kameo, PGR3, PDZ and Fight Night Round 3?

In my opinion, I think at least, that games like Kameo can be done.

I say that because I see Kameo more like a XBOX game than a X360 one. (please, don’t Kill me! hehehe)

What make Kameo a Next Gen game is more the Normal Mapping, that make this fantastic 3D effect in 2D objects and the better lighting in the scenario and objects.

I believe that a better Lighting and Normal Mapping was futures that NRV will have. Did you remember that patent of the Nintendo? It’s showed a kind of a powerful normal mapping that the big N can use in NRV.

And in your opinions? Did you think that the X360’s games could be made with a standard resolution for the NRV?

My crystal ball says that kameo on the Nintendo revolution will definately happen.

No one can say. Most of us don't know the physical stats of the console, we have only IGN reports and conjecture to go on. We may think we've considered all of the possible configurations, but there's a good chance we haven't, and Nintendo's been spending a lot of cash on the "work smarter, not harder" concept when it comes to the Rev, so it might have some interesting development tricks to it. Those that do know them, or the hardware's physical capabilities, can't legally say until Nintendo itself pulls the curtain back.

This is nothing specifically directed against you, but people keep asking very specific questions about a console we know very little hard details about. No one who knows anything can say it without probably losing their job.

Since you asked for opinions, mine is that Nintendo will be very close, but just a bit under. But I think one of the reasons why they're keeping things vague is that they're playing it by ear, listening to developers, and seeing if they really need to beef up their console or can stick with their current stats, RAM, etc. Or maybe they just really want to catch people off-guard and announce a $199 price for their box, I don't know.

I think Kameo was a good starter game for 360, it's a beautiful game IMO.
Now as far as seeing it on the Revolution, I doubt MS will like it if that happened, so I doubt it, I expect Nintendo to have a game exactly like it though.

It is like comparing apples and oranges, I mean the xbox 360 has a 2d image while the revolution will be working with holograms, I think it will be fairly hard to do a side by side with those two.

That is until they release the magic eye add-on for the 360.

Why do people seem to think that the Revolution can't run anything? The system does not support HD so maybe the power needed to output HD will be a waste of power.

The absolutely horrendous amount of RAM that IGN reported on could have something to do with it.

How much RAM is needed to run a 480p max resolution game anyway? Also according to ATI Hollywood is built from the ground up which is something IGN speculated as not happening.
