Miguel, you available tonight after my game with Garrick? 11:30ish EST?

As far as the league goes, I'd much prefer 15m matches. Single player matches are fine for 10m, but I think against someone else a slightly longer match would be great.

Brazil 3 - Turkey 1

Beatbox had some nice goals. My fart eaters fucked up having only the goalie to beat a few times. Beatbox beat me even with more lag on his end. Well I am out of this league, hopefully I do better in the next one.
 
Thanks. The first half had the "warp" lag effect but ended 0-0. Bionic and I ran out of time at half time chatting about the lag. Long story short - the first goal of 3 was scored while Bionic was waiting for me. 2nd half had no lag on my end. Please adjust the score to 2-1 for the records (don't think it has much effect on the cup though). Thanks for being a great sport Bionic and good games!

Haha, that will have a HUGE effect on who advance. You and Fifty will be tied in points and Goal differential at -1.

Not sure what Astro will do in that case.

I get off of work at 11 PM CT, so, I won't be home til 11:45. If you want to stay up, I promise I'll be home on time :D

:lol Actually that has a big effect since it means you and fifty have a playoff now to get into the next round. +1 Honesty. :)

Shame it had to come down to penalties, Beatbox. They're basically just luck. Good luck in the league, our games were fun....And the moral of the story? Don't tell the truth because I'm an asshole and your honesty is not rewarded :( GGs

I think I had an unusually good half there and probably because Ive played one game in like 48 hours. That one other game -- I was up 1-0 with minutes remaining when my laptop went into hibernation and cut my connection. :lol Lost 3-0, instead. Boooo

Saturday around 10am-12pm, any later than that and I have to start getting ready for work.

Have plans sunday, but maybe we can get it in sunday Morning or late sunday night.

I'm guessing this means even if I beat Socreges I won't advance if Socreges beats Daigoro.

That would leave us three at 2-1 and I would be the odd man out most likely, right? We're doing head to head as the first tiebreaker?

Socreges- I'm down for whenever for our game, I just gotta shower.

EDIT: I'll just let you guys play your games and then figure it all out but my quick intuition is if we were all 2-1 and the tiebreakers cancel out (me over you, you over socreges, socreges over me) we would then look at goal differential.

FTW? Yeah, but you dominated 65-70 minutes of the game.
 
First time problem for me and Osorio tonight, we couldn't get through to the team select screen. When I saw the game listed we didn't have anthing in the Green, Yellow, Red connection screen. Anyone experience this yet?

That's odd, I would try again. I've had games w/ Soc where our conns are awful (opposite coasts) but then a few hours later there's not much lag, so it's probably just a time thing and you should be able to get together.
 
France 2 - Germany 1

Well played match between Irish and I. I went up 1-0 after about 70 minutes and he ties it up in the 80th. Instantly, then, a turnover in his back end and its 2-1. Drama.
 
Good times, Socreges. I never really thought I could win the game because your counter attack was just brutal, and since I needed to beat you by 2 goals to advance (assuming you'd beat Croatia), I couldn't slow it down and play the pace that Germany is suited for.

Oh well, played some great matches in the tourny, can't wait for the champs league.

p.s. when I was playing as germany today against some random fucker using Brazil, I scored one of my top 5 WE goals of all-time w/ Kuranyi. I can't describe it, but basically i recieved the ball with my back to the goal with a perfect first touch, then turned around and nutmegged carlos in a way that shouldn't be described to small children, finally turning a shot into the far corner from the outside of the box....just too sweet, especially against Brazil.
