Just started the download. Seems fairly small.
Patch notes?
I believe the game has to be designed from the ground up for HDR support, not easily patched in.Excited for you guys, this particular game really benefits from enhanced resolution.
(Sorry to be mildly off topic, but will there also be any kind of patch on PC? I'm hoping "no" because of the mod situation, but if they want to add something meaningful in terms of visuals like HDR or better AA, I'm open.)
How is a patch that small supposed to be what people are looking for?

Thank you, CDPR! Can't wait to see what improvements they added. Hopefully there's Tomb Raider level of options for 1080p tv owners.
Those screenshots are terrible. why is there no HDR support?
1. You can't see HDR in screenshots.
2. That poster just snapped a few quick shots to help give us some insight. No need to be a dick about it.
The Witcher 3 PS4 Pro patch has just arrived, adding 4K resolution support and a "slight" boost to performance. It took longer than "just a few days" after all.
"Yes, the game has just received an upgrade patch, enabling it to take advantage of the additional power offered by the PS4 Pro," CD Projekt Red told me. "When playing the game on a PS4 Pro system, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and all its additional content feature support for 4K resolution and a slight boost to performance."
I didn't see any new options in the menus.
I am not really in a great part of the game for screenshots, but maybe these can be pixel counted.
maybe I'm remembering wrong or I'm just making stuff up after the patch, but loading seems crazy fast. Could just be the area I'm in
edit: it was the area I was in lol
Is it supersampling if you play on a 1080p set?
Someone pixel counted twice in the other thread and is standing by 1800p.
This game was never gonna hit 60 FPS on a PS4 ProNo option to force 1080p 60fps?
yeah i umm....dont really see any improvement.
