Persona 4 The Animation has a terrible ending theme. Without fail, the dude rapping always makes me laugh.
The Gatchaman Crowds opening theme is incomprehensible. Except for a few lines, that's all English. Yeah.
The second JoJo's Bizarre Adventure opening sounds like a fucking Smash Mouth song. Also, those 3D models are terrible.

I actually liked that opening a reasonable amount. The full version had a part that annoyed me though.
Deadman Wonderland's OP is so bad I think it's the main reason the show did so badly.
I still kind of like it though.
MM! was all sort of WTF, though it did grow on me.
And while Spice and Wolf had great openings THIS is the best opening (as in the entire OP, not just the music). Now if only I could find the textless version at a higher quality.

Gankutsuou's opening was fucking tragic, in that it was a genuinely well written and quite tender song brought down by the singer's voice quite audibly struggling to hit some of the notes. Dissonant song choices or cheesy lyrics are one thing, but a singer singing notes out of key is just amateur.
It's a shame, because the rest of the soundtrack was absolutely stellar.

I think a bad opening is something that doesn't match the show, not something that I dislike or hate. Like Denpa's opening matches the show, I probably wouldn't listen to it over and over though.
