Worst PS4 Game You've Played So Far

Without a doubt the Order 1886.

I don't even hate David Cage games. Let that sink in. Besides the story being boring, the gameplay sections felt tacked on after the fact. Just crammed in there, and absolutely a chore to get through. The whole thing was a mess top to bottom.

Watch Dogs had a poor story and unlikable lead, but it still had some fun gameplay sections and sand box stuff. The only redeeming quality of the Order was the technical feat it provided. But who cares when the game is that boring to sit through.

I agree Infamous was also flawed, but it still had decent enough gameplay sections, and the story was engaging in parts.

I enjoy generic corridor shooters more than generic open-world collectathons, so I liked The Order ever so slightly more than Watch_Dogs.

I disliked Knack the most so far. I thought for sure I was going to hate Killzone, broke down and bought it because of the B2G1 at target week after launch and actually enjoyed the single player a lot.

Probably Killzone Shadowfall. That was the inly game I bought at launch and I basically forced myself to sit through it to justify buying a PS4 at launch. I hope Horizon is actually good b/c this game tainted my whole perception of the company.

I don't tend to buy games I'm not going to like.
I either know I'm going to like it because its from a franchise I like or if it's something completely new to me I read tons of reviews and opinions.

PS+ though....that's another story. I tend to not like all the "indie" titles on PS4. Off the top of my head Don't Starve was something I really didn't like. It just wasn't my type of game.

Infamous..I bought the console for it sold it like 2 days after

The Order 1886 I wanted to judge it fairly....I hated it

Watch Dogs was a fucking borefest

DAI...The whole game disappointed me

Destiny...got super bored of it really fast

Call of Duty... bored of the entire series.

Killzone Shadowfall, fuck that parachute level

also Little Big Planet 3 had like a 500 meg save file it copied to the PS+ cloud, why you do that LBP

The Order.

I'm still playing it, and I'm even enjoying it, but it's really a semplistic corridor shooter that relies too much on stereotypical gameplay elements.

infamous ss
Killzone shadow fall
bloodborne
knack
driveclub
resogun
far cry 4
dying light
destiny
MGSV ground Zeroes
Dragon Age
Black Flag
Shadow of Mordor
The Order

just to name a few.

I wasn't sure that someone could say this with a straight face. Can you justify your pick? Because this boggles my (and everyone else's) mind.

Being I haven't really played that many ps4 games my selection to pick from is slim. I do have infamous that I haven't started yet.

I have tried to get into the souls games but I just don't enjoy them. Like I said I can see the appeal.

Bloodborne

I didn't enjoy it as much as...

DBZ: Xenoverse
Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin
Far Cry 4
Diablo 3

I could say Assassin's Creed: Unity but that's taking the easy way out.

Killzone
Destiny
Call of Duty Ghosts

Battlefield 4 was the worst game for 6-8 months but has become my most played now after all the patching.

Probably Mercenary Kings. It was a really mediocre game at its best moments. The last time I played the game it was full of glitches and became very poorly balanced towards the later missions. It became a real pain to continue on. Just for the sake of it, I started using an immortality glitch to finish many levels at the end due to bad enemy placement and the poor timers and boss mechanics.

I enjoy generic corridor shooters more than generic open-world collectathons, so I liked The Order ever so slightly more than Watch_Dogs.

Poor open world games can waste more of your time. The open world genre in general can suffer from tedious mission types. So I hear you. I actually hated Watch Dogs. I got 80% into the story and quit, that's how much I didn't care about Aiden or the story.

The single-player campaign has its moments, I enjoyed a bit of it, but this one has more filler in its 4-hour campaign than any other game in the series before it. It felt like only half of it was actual shooting, and shooting is the only thing that Call of Duty actually does well, so I was frustrated by it a lot of the time.

Too much expository slow-walking, in-game cutscenes, and Kevin Spacey wankery. The cutscenes aren't even skippable on the first playthrough, like I give a shit about their dumbass contrived story and celebrity characters. Let me shoot people.

Among PS+ games, I'd say Tower of Guns...just didn't click for me

Among actual paid games, I'd say NBA2K14....I haven't played sports games since the SNES days, and bought it at launch...aside from the steep learning curve for a non sports game player, the microtransactions were just too steep, styming any incentive play it its other modes.

What even is this shit.

And Infamous: Second Son was amazing. You are a crazy man, OP.
