There's been a rumor going around for the past few weeks that there will be a fourth DLC pack outside of the Season Pass. Apparently it came from some guy who had leaked other info that later turned out to be true. So if it is true, then there's hope for them. I was really hoping to see Wyatt and Axel in this game, myself. =\

I'm not sure about the erasing of CAWs, but the servers should be run by 2K now so hopefully that will be sorted.
