WWE2k15 Coming to PC this Spring

Can I do this in WWE 2K15?
 
One thing I'm really interested in is whether they're putting CM Punk in or not, given all the legal repercussions that came from him being in 15 for the last few consoles. Interesting to note that he's not in any screenshots or mentioned in any descriptions for the pc version(that I could find, at least).

He's part of one of the main story paths. They're probably not advertising him because of the whole lawsuit going on with his doctor, as well as the fact that the WWE is known to be petty as fuck.

Also some small print:

*Does not include Paige. Some Content will be available via free download, Spring 2015.

I'm not dropping $50 on it, but hopefully the modders do some interesting things with it.

Though honestly no one should even both since it's likely we get WWE 2k16 later this year on PC.

Yeah...saying it "includes all DLC" and then following it up with basically "does not include all DLC" is pretty dumb. I hope the game is "modder" friendly so there can be fully updated themes and entrance videos at least.

It's been announced a week before release, with fuck-all information besides it coming with all DLC (except Paige). Can't say I have much faith.

Rumor that 2k is making another football game. Theres a whole thread on it.

Baseball is wide open ea or 2k can make one again, but neither do. Im hoping one of them does.

I wish ea would put their sports games back on pc, and 2k would make be their competition. Sports games are stale and broken lately

2k are usually pretty good with ports IIRC. Microtransactions/DLC shit is another story mind you.
 
It's funny how so many people want this on the PC, albeit it being extremely late, yet are telling others not to buy it. What if the case is the same with 2K16 not releasing till early 2016 instead of this fall?

What is worse is if this doesn't sell, I can see 2K saying screw it and not giving us another PC version. For $36 I'll give it a try.

Considering it's already on Steam's "Top Sellers" and is #3 on GMG right now I think it's safe to say it'll do fine sales wise. The elephant in the room is how it will actually perform PC-wise and if it can be modded easily.

Yeah, hopefully we don't get a bug ridden, unoptimized game on the PC which can hurt their 2K16 sales too.
 
I tweeted the Operation Sports owner about the Paige DLC issue. He contacted 2K about it to see what's going on and they told him she would be the only DLC not included. I asked if she would be added later or if they are keeping her locked away as console exclusive DLC but no response yet.

If they do keep her as console exclusive then that's a pretty stupid decision

edit: Now that I've taken another look at the item description and how it's worded I think they have made it where Paige won't be on the PC version at all. The image on the store page showing all of the DLC has an asterisk and so do all of the DLC packs outside of the Sting & Hogan packs. Seems like the only DLC that will be available from the start are those 2 packs and the others will be free downloads over the next few weeks with Paige being held to the consoles only...ugh

Happy that it's a port of the PS4/XBO versions, rather than the older consoles. I'm thinking of pulling the trigger, haven't played a good wrestling title on the PC since dabbling in HCTP on PCSX2.

It's actually a pity it's not last gen since although the gameplay still isn't great, at least that one had more content... Even then, there's shit cut from 14 for no reason.

I believe this unlocks tonight on steam? I remember reading something on the official forums but I don't know if the time was today or on launch day...
 
Pretty excited for this. First WWE game since WWE 13. Hopefully the modding community is on par with the NBA 2K series. Couldn't care less about Paige lol. Body is ready for perfect CAWs.

Hope they give a bunch of graphics settings with better textures. I want something that looks much better than it does on PS4. I will wait to see what the mod community does before buying.

I am hoping the same. For $33, I couldn't pass this up and by the time it gets to under $20 then 2K16 will be out. I fear that we might not get 2K16 for PC in the Fall, but you never know.

Any impressions yet from those that bought it? I waited up till about 11:30 PM CT in hopes that it would unlock early, but it didn't.
