Game is infinitely better than the console versions with the theme and tron modding already.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mqzmey_LPjc

Apparently the tron and the theme are tied together right now. They are just replacing the video file with sound included and selecting no music in create an entrance.

It's a start.

It blows my mind that Yukes/2k basically refused to do this with a patch for two of the most popular rising stars in the business.

Has Yukes ever patched any game to update a wrestler's attire/theme/gimmick? I figured they usually just lock everything in by a certain date during development and don't change it until the next game.

Strangely enough, they updated the entrance animations for Adrian Neville and Sami Zayn. Apparently they are working on mocap for 2k16 so they just uploaded their entrances in an updated for 2k15. I don't really know the logic behind it.

When did this happen? I haven't paid the game in a while so I didn't notice.

NXT Arrival DLC time. I think the entrances were just in the patch, but I could be mistaken.

Any idea where to download these updated trons?

Also, if you're tired of looking at Cena everytime you boot up the game, just replace splash.bmp with another 1920x1080 .bmp file. This one is awesome once converted some people are saying:

Annnnd I'm sold.

Basically, the LUA script files usually effect big things in gameplay down to even how much gravity in some games. It could have a ton of things to modify, it could have very little, but the guy has already said there's a lot in there including what weapons are under the ring.

Basically there's 25,000 game variables that can be changed.

Soooo...DQ options? Intergender matches? Triple threat tag team matches? The ability to turn off chain grappling in 2K Showcase or My Career? None of the sliders affect anything in those modes, which means constant CPU reversal spam and irritating reversal timing windows.

Also performance is just fucking weird in this game. Sometimes it'll be perfectly smooth, sometimes it'll go to 30FPS during chain grappling, and appear to be moving in slow motion.

They have to go through the 25k lines but it sounds like there is a great deal there.

I just want to know if the CAW limit can be fixed.

I am also curious to know if extra Diva CAW options are in there.

It's beginning friends :).

By July this game will be the greatest wrestling game in the history of our sport :D.

It might be that it only relates to gameplay rather than limits and menu shizz, but yeah, in theory you could change rules and things.

As an example, you know that Ragdoll mod for GTA V? LUA script changes.

EDIT: Going to wait until it hits £10 at least, but when I do, I'm going to explore the possibility of a "SECOND HOUR OF NITRO" match mod where randomly during a match, pyro starts going off, the camera zooms out to make the match unwatchable and Tony Schiavone welcomes us to the second hour.

Here's the link to the thread.

http://smacktalks.org/forums/topic/56136-bannockburns-modification-collection/

Reminds me of the guy who makes those cool armor ports for New Vegas, you have to sign up to this shitty forum and get a certain number of posts or whatever to gain special access to that mod, along with a bunch of others. Or someone who's not a douchebag can send you a link to the mod, helping you to avoid wasting your time on a shitty website.

Every single match modifier that was in the old games and based on what he's done, it was all in the code and this just changes a flag in memory. Fucking 2k.

For us dumb folk, what does that mean?

It means that he doesn't have to do much work here.
His interface just overwrites a value in memory. The settings are already built into the game.

It also means that the developer or publisher is withholding features intentionally.

Disgusting. That is exactly the same pattern they've pulled before, like removing moves that functioned perfectly well and saying they didn't. Why? So they could bring them back as a selling point in a few years.

I'm honestly glad I didn't pick up 15. I wish I hadn't bought 14, it was infested with bugs and glitches in my experience.

Nice, not long until a fully customisable game. I wonder if this is why they waited so long until releasing a PC Version, which makes me think this might be the last 'legacy' version of the engine?

Yes, the cycle has started early. I NEED to Believe, dammit.
