What Dishonored, Borderlands 2, Skyrim, and Fallout 3 DLCs are must-haves?

Skyrim - Both Dawnguard and Dragonborn add quite a bit of content (especially Dragonborn) so those would be must-haves. Hearthfire is only if you want to build some houses.

Fallout 3 - Point Lookout is the best, get Broken Steel to up the level-cap and get the new ending, The Pitt is solid too. Operation Anchorage and Mothership Zeta only if you want it all.

Dishonored's Knife of Dunwall and Brigmore Witches are both worth the download if you had any appreciation of the original game. They're still too easy unless you play with self-imposed limits, but otherwise the world building and self-contained plot in the DLCs are excellent.

I bought it during the last sale. I had a blast, especially when you becoming more and more powerful. Usually when I finish a game, I'm burned out but here I just launched a new game +. The atmosphere is great also.

Has anyone else tried to buy Saints Row IV? On the 360, in the special offers dashboard, it shows a 50% deal on it, but when I go to buy it, I still have the price of29.99€. I'm in Belgium but when I went to see in the US marketplace, it also shows at 29.99$. Have they made a mistake? Is it only the DLC's that are on sale?
