You know, I get people being annoyed by game announcement leaks, but I think the bigger problem here is how disrespectful leaking announcements is to the game developers. From what I've heard developers are often incredibly excited to finally show off what they've been working on all that time and someone leaking it can ruin that moment.

And it's one thing when these leaks happen because of some accident, those can always happen and then at least it's not intentional. But when it's leaked on purpose it just feels like a selfish way to get media attention.

Watching events yesterday, I realized that I don't really have any time for watching suits repeating "awesome", "visceral" and "revolutionary" again and again and other non sense, that EA thing yesterday with celebs and such was so awful, gaming is so immature still. Just give me the footnotes version, if I feel there is something interesting to me, I tune in to watch or vods later, sitting and watching 2 hours of marketing talk? f that.
