This sucks for the people who are having their announcements leaked and for the presenters. But we're ultimately talking about advertisements for video games by large multinational corporations. So I say, let the leaks roll.
 
People who bitch about the leaks should get off GAF. I mean seriously, it is very annoying reading people bitching about leaks in a thread about leaks. Also, it´s a media conference so chill.

E3's a big show. For all we know someone could have left a schedule on a table and someone setting up nabbed it.

Yup, it would be good to get any MS news out there. Going to be focused on Apple.
MS seems to have a solid conference planned though. I'll probably watch the giantbomb coverage later tonight.

True, a huge thread that's about 90 percent people freaking out over E3 " hype" and 10 percent information has nothing to with people being super attached to corporate marketing.

And along with that, reactions from posters upset that corporate marketing has been spoiled has nothing to do with their emotional attachment to said marketing.

Using "Stay safe" in something related to videogames, sure, seems exaggerated, but I don't think this user tried in any way to relate both events
 
I think NerdLeaks is just fucking around for whatever reason. No Gears 4 sounds super dumb and it was already confirmed to be there and a release date for a console they won't show off, lol.

Not a big fan of all these leaks and worst of all for me,now I have to avoid Gaf as well. Some people like leaks and that's great I'm happy for you.

Some folks like myself, don't like leaks and actually like surprises when watching e3 pressers. I think the admin team on Gaf should set strict guidelines and proper rules of etiquette regarding threads and thread titles during next year's e3.

Super disappointing to me.
 
What the hell is the point of leaking shit the day of! Really douchey and not needed at all. I hope they get found and put in jail

But people work for the companies. I'm not sure if you are employed. But imagine putting a lot of time and effort into a project at work, only to find out one of your coworkers had intended to take the wind our of your sales all along.

Hell imagine your planned a surprise party for a loved one, and for no reason at all, someone who helped plan is told this loved one every detail.

Deceit is a shitty human trait.

I thought they were just saying they had no info on the game, not that it won't be there.

Yeah I'm thinking this. I think they just meant no leaks or new info for Gears, not that it wouldn't be there. Just bad wording and maybe a response to the messages they've been getting about the leaks 'Sorry, guys.'
