Xbox One Shipment Information Thread

Shipped from Nashville, just like my ps4 last week...despite a fulfillment center less then 4 miles from me, and another just north of Louisville. As long as it gets here tomorrow no difference to me, but seems like a waste
 
Dammit, this is not good -

Amazon is still saying I'll receive it tomorrow by 8pm, but UPS is claiming Monday, and it's (apparently) still in Arizona (I'm in SoCal).

Don't do me like this Amazon! Puh-lease!

That sucks. Weird how inconsistent they are. Hopefully it`s just a case where the tracking info is slow to update.

Well, I`ve been eagerly waiting at home all day for the delivery, and nobody showed yet. I had to go and pick up my daughter from school and then I checked my mailbox on the way back home. In my mailbox are two pick-up notices from Canada Post, which I`m assuming are the console and an extra controller that I also pre-ordered. I have to wait until after 6:00 p.m. before I can pick it up from my local post office tonight. Two hours! Can... not... wait...

Oof......hope it works out well for you.

Tracking data is usually delayed by a good few hours.
 
Bought mine from game online on release day, its now less than 25 miles away according to tracking. Should be here tomorrow.

I just got rapidfire confirmation of my console, dead rising, and mario were all shipped in the last minute from amazon.
 
Mine is now SHIPPED from Amazon, estimated Friday.

UPS says estimated Monday.

Hopefully that will change soon?


I have a question though:

I have UPS Mychoice so that I can ask for it to be held at the facility. If I choose that option, will it let me know which facility I'd be picking up from before I lock in that option?

I'd hate to request that it be held, have it say "Okay, you can pick it up from [place really far away]" and then not be able to change it back.
 
My Xbox shipped UPS Ground from TN which I know is 2 days from me, I will be pissed if I paid for one day and it doesn't get here tomorrow.

Hopefully it does, I don't think amazon would mess up that bad.

You can choose the facility for where you want to do the pick up.

When PS4 came out, it showed Friday, I chose pickup, and all was well (except UPS didnt know where the packages were for about 2 hours.... as they were in the room with us the entire time).

However, like some of you on this page, UPS is showing Monday on my XBox. I really want to set it up for pickup.... but I can't on Monday, and most certainly want this tomorrow. Hopefully this is corrected soon, not much time to switch the delivery IF its hopefully delivered tomorrow as Amazon is still stating.
 
MS store status just changed and gives a tracking number. The package is on a truck in my city.

I think they might just pull this off.

Ah, yeah, I was worried about that...

I really would like to pick it up in the morning, as I took tomorrow off. I guess it's time to refresh every 2 minutes!
 
I'm getting mine tomorrow morning. Just put the request to hold at UPS. No way I'm waiting until 8pm to get my console. It took that long to get my ps4

Don't know if there are any other brazillians here, but Siciliano shipped my console early! That never happened with pre-orders before.

Also, they choose the shipping company that normally delivers in 1-2 days here, so there's a (small) chance I can get it on launch day! YESSSS.

What a bunch of wackiness. While I appreciate how hard it must be to correctly track millions of items in transit at any given time, I also understand what an easy software fix it would be to not allow estimated delivery dates that occur in the past to be displayed.
 
Huzzah! UPS updated my delivery from Monday to tomorrow, and I changed the delivery online so that they'll hold it for pickup.

8am can't come soon enough, lol. :)
 
Still not shipped...

Amazon, Day One Edition, Ordered June 21st 2013, no changes to order since then.


Starting to get worried. My PS4 from amazon last week was shipped by 5 PM Thursday.

Mine says:

"Order Processed: Ready for UPS

A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status will be updated."

Did your tracking change to Friday when it updated to show that they received it?
 
I managed to nab a 'Day One' console during Amazon's random re-stock at 7AM yesterday and my order just changed to 'Shipping Now' status.

Yes, exactly. It was stuck on Monday all day with Ready for UPS. Once they received it, it changed to Friday. Good luck!

There are actually two DPD networks in the UK (as they bought interlink). If the hub and local depot names are the same, then they should be on the same van.
Check your tracking in the morning, as you should get a 1 hour timeslot anyway.

This is what the UPS website says for my Amazon order, but when I track it through my orders page on Amazon it says it's still on track to get here tomorrow. I have no idea what to believe at this point, although I must say Amazon has always gotten items here on release day in the past. Hopefully my Xbox One is here tomorrow.
 
Mine still hasn't shipped and I'm supposed to pick it up from my UPS Customer Center in about 14 hours. I'm starting to get a little worried, though it'll probably arrive on time and everything will be fine.
