They take time(48h to weeks) and It looks like not everyone is getting in(People I invited asking about it) After someone invites you in to the program is up to the xbox team to send the xbox live messages to download the app.

OK, so I got the invite, downloaded the app, and now the app says I'm enrolled in the public beta. Are you actually able to do anything? It's just a couple of interactive tiles in the app, I was thinking it was something else. Or am I waiting yet again on something to happen?
