You should point out in the OP that this isn't like gmail invites or something where you can send someone a code. You can only 'nominate' people on your friends list and there is no way of knowing if or when they will actually get an invite. They sometimes take weeks

I just want to repeat this. I am getting a few messages saying they are not in yet, the majority of people are very polite, but a couple have been a bit rude IMO. I will request people all day long if I have to, and if it was up to me I would put everyone who asks me into the program. But it isn't. Please be patient.
