How it looks doesn't bother me compared to the features/noise/reliability/price, but how the feck would you lay that thing down flat? That's the one thing that makes me sceptical that this is real.

An Xbox, the same size as the original, with wifi, power brick incorporated is fine by me. As for the looks....I don't spent hours looking at my Xbox. Damn thing is at the very bottom of my cabinet and practically out of sight. Thing could look like a deformed 60 year old vagina for all I care.

Well, the original 360 looks like a white Dell, so it makes sense that the slim looks like a modded PC case.

i'm a bit perplexed by this. i would think the redesign would be dictated by their goal of reaching out to the casual gamer since it's coming right around the same time as natal. i imagined a rebranding in hopes of grabbing more of the casual market. however, the design of that does not say "casual" at all to me. it looks aggressive and, i think, would intimidate the average "casual" gamer/consumer (the people buying wii's and wii fit etc...). i just... am confused. maybe it looks different in person...

hey guys, remember what happened when the first leaks of the xbox 360 design popped up? remember how stupid it looked then? I'll reserve judgment until it's announced to say it looks fugly, simply because the original 360 design leaks (which only showed the front of the console) looked HORRID and the console itself didn't look nearly as bad by comparison

also... does it have an LED indicator light at the top there?

edit: that slot is the USB connectors - as evidenced by the motherboard
