No it's true. It's a custom character.

You do have some non-voiced dialogue options. Also you can select the voice they use for their battle taunts and noises. In Japan they were your typical archetypes like hot-blooded, shonen, regal, etc.

They seem slow in getting new items on their site though.

I guess when you are selling most of your stock at 20% below all of your competitors there really is no incentive to be timely.

Why amazon, gamestop, toys r us, target, walmart or pretty much anywhere else is not trying to compete with GCU is still curious to me. They probably assume they don't need to because BB can only get so much stock so everyone else has to buy somewhere else anyway.

I like to think NCL made it clear to NoA that this game must sell. That Nintendo home consoles need it's own premier RPG. Just as it has it's own racer, platformer, adventure, and now shooter it needs it's own big console RPG. Xenoblade is that series now and they put the money behind it. There is no way this game was made on the cheap. A repeat of what happen with Xenoblade 1 likely can not happen. If my theory is right and NCL could be the one driving this we might actually see advertisements for XCX the way we did for Splatoon. That games success I hope has opened NCL's eyes about what can happen when you actually push a new game the way you would push a Mario game.

I like this edition because 300 pages is a lot, but I don't get the idea of having a USB thumbstick? Maybe they're catching on to something we knew all too well years and years ago. Maybe our own storage device is something familiar now after years have gone and went.
