I once joined a guild on World of Warcraft shortly after guild drama tore my last one apart. I only joined this new one because a few of my friends from the defunct guild were there. Anyway after a few months it was pretty clear that we weren't going to be accepted by the old guard at this new guild, despite more than pulling our weight in raids. Between five of us we had the best two tanks, the best healer and the top two DPS by quite some margin, and while we'd bitch and moan about it to each other we were nothing but polite and helpful to the rest of the guild's efforts at progression.
Anyway, one night we were due to raid and my brother shows up at my house with a big bag of weed (back when I still partook) so I decided to blow off raiding that night. I joined the guild's officer chat room on vent and made up some bullshit about latency and local repairs on our phone/internet lines, they said it was a shame but ok, cool. I took my headset off, turned to my brother and said "And that's how you bullshit your guild". He said it'd be fine if I wanted to raid anyway, so I told him exactly what was happening with the guild...
I held nothing back, told him this officer was a cunt, the Guild Master kept taking gear earmarked for me to give to her mother (despite being an awful, awful player), who secretly hated who and why, who'd been 'cybering' with who what my friends thought of them... yeah my push-to-talk key was stuck down. I realised, put my headset on and pressed the push-to-talk key down again to unstick it. As soon as it stopped broadcasting the GM says "I don't know if you're back on mic but we're sorry you feel that way. Obviously we're going to remove you from guild".
I felt terrible. They removed me and my friends immediately, and the ensuing shitstorm resulted in a disbanded guild within a week. My friends still take the piss to this day, and two of them still (jokingly) claim I owe them the cost of several character transfers because they couldn't get into decent raiding guilds after being booted from that one.
