Yeah, it's bullshit. I live in fucking Houston and there's a shit ton of shows for the concerts on their list in Houston, but I can only use their codes on the shows in Dallas. Fuck this noise.

Yeah I knew that, just didn't see them in the eligible event list until later on. Shame they aren't close to me at all.

Does anyone know if there is a price limit on the vouchers? Tried using them for 75$ tickets but I think some of the events only let you use them for lawn tickets.

Should be just GA
 
Every time I try to use a code for a listed event I just get an error message saying that my voucher can't be used for this event. Doesn't matter what code I try.
 
The only thing I was even vaguely interested in was Blink 182 and I don't really want to go to that anyways. Everything else near me was country bands or old classic rock. Ticketmaster can shove it.
 
The hell? Ok I guess they are capping it at 17 claims per account now...

But my codes for the free tickets disappeared as well...
 
My tickets just disappeared as well. Also i tried using it on the goo goo dolls event for the cheapest ticket and it told me it wasnt valid despite being on the list of tickets to buy.. Wtf.
 
Yikes, mine are now gone as well and I just redeemed one an hour ago. Only my two discount codes are showing up.

TM is probably getting hammered and so they decided to take them away for now.
 
say what, all my free vouchers are gone too. The only things that stayed were the $2.25 discounts, Ticketmaster please.

UPDATE JUNE 21 1:35 AM EDT In 2003, the Schlesinger v. Ticketmaster class action lawsuit was filed alleging that Ticketmaster failed to fully disclose to consumers all aspects of its UPS and Order Processing Fees. While vigorously defending the lawsuit, Ticketmaster settled the case in 2013, with the court granting final approval of the settlement in February 2015.

The settlement class includes all consumers who transacted on Ticketmaster.com from 1999-2013.

As part of the settlement,

  1. Ticketmaster agreed to provide all members of the class a $2.25 credit on the future purchase of primary tickets for each transaction over the class period, for up to 17 claims.
  2. In addition, a $5 UPS voucher was made available to members of the class who had used UPS delivery during the class period, again to a maximum of 17 claims.
  3. Also Ticketmaster agreed to provide $5 million in ticket vouchers for select Live Nation concerts through May 2017, subject to availability and a cap of 17 claims per account. Given the tremendous initial interest for these tickets, Ticketmaster will increase to $10 million its allotment of tickets made available through May 2017. so the free tickets disappearing is probably a glitch for now? or they were all claimed already or something? BRUCE SAVE US AGAIN.
 
Yeah I hope its the case of them being hammered and taking them down due to traffic. But it's TM so they're probably figuring out a way to screw us over even with this.

since the codes are valid until 2020, is it safe to assume more events will be added? What's the point of the codes being valid for so long if the last event right now is in a few months?

Actually, I'm thinking that Twitter account is wrong. I just checked my account and the vouchers are there and the list is updated. I'd just give it a go and see if it works.
 
My codes are available and I've even gotten them work on 4 packs of GA tickets.

It also looks like once they are in your account, you can transfer, sell, or refund them (not that I've actually tried due to...ethical restraints).
 
My codes are live again, as is a 450-concert event list, which includes a bunch of Indianapolis shows, but zero in Cincinnati where I live despite us having several pavilions/sheds, theaters, and arenas that are Live Nation exclusive.
 
The event list has shrunk from 450 to 446, so I'm guessing a couple have sold out.

I suspect more shows will be listed within hours or days.
 
I'm in Atlanta, so lots of options. I got in before the web troubles. I ended up getting pairs of tickets to The Australian Pink Floyd, STS9, Widespread Panic with Umphrey's McGee, and the Prophets of Rage.

Pretty pleased, though my wife only wants to go to a few of them.
 
So I guess if you don't have a LiveNation venue in your city, you are just totally screwed and cannot participate in this at all? What a brilliant way to weasel out of compensating the millions of people they've fucked over.

There are no shows in Florida outside of Tampa, West Palm, and Miami.
 
Well I have 10 pairs of free tickets and a lot of discount codes. Throughout 440+ events listed, there are none in MN.

Can I give these away, then? Or will the list be updated continually.
 
For anyone who's managed to redeem some codes: Do you still have to pay the exorbitant fees or are those also covered by the voucher? Not gonna be too pumped if I still have to pay $35+ in fees for a pair of "free" tickets.

Not much of a selection for Miami/WPB. I suppose the Blink show is worth it but I'm already traveling to Hartford to watch them. Might just use it to watch Brand New in lawn, I guess.
 
I have three tickets and some vouchers, but there doesn't seem to be a single event in all of Texas from what I can see. Thanks, Ticketmaster. You're the greatest.
 
I tried to use the voucher for every different seating section for a show and it was all a hot mess. I imagine the restrictions on the vouchers will be hilariously absurd.
