The most significant one I can remember is Amy Jo Johnson from Power Rangers (I'll shamelessly admit I had a trading card of some sort that I would smooch occasionally behind closed doors). Although UNLIKE a lot of people here, I thought the blonde that replaced her as just as hot. Loved that accent.

As far as cartoon characters. I must be the only guy who never thought Jessica Rabbit was hot. It was too "exaggerated" for my taste. I always thought the Nurse and Minerva Mink on Animaniacs were hotter.

Also:

Kasumi Tendo from Ranma 1/2. She was the first "waifu" crush I had on a character. Cute and pretty (not sexy). I remember really wishing I could be betrothed to her and wanting to marry her (remember kid, 13-14 or so)

And yeah Sailor Moon gals were great too. Oddly enough, even though now, I'd totally go for the likes of Mercury (themed around blue, my favorite color, cute, and smart), back then I had a thing for long hair, so it was always a toss up between Venus and Mars for me

As I said in my post on the last page, there's simple physical attraction and then there's an actual interest in a relationship (even if said individual doesn't know what constitutes one or that relationship is impossible, e.g. a family member).

I would consider a Crush/puppy love to be more than just simple attraction. And in the case of having a crush on someone that physically doesn't (and cannot) exist... that strikes me as strange.
