I've played and owned a few multiplayer games this gen, but this has been the only with any kind of staying power:
Single-player campaign is the one that gets all the praise, but multiplayer is some kind of genius. It's just such a perfect combination of platforming and shooting. Really tight and balanced map design too. 15 months later and I'm still going at it, and thankfully there's a decently-sized player base too.
