This. Once I heard it was 12 hours long my hype increased exponentially. When I first saw it I wanted to play in that works for more than a few hours. So glad it's not going to be obscenely short.

Beyond looks good too. In ignoring the negative impressions on controls. Unlike them I've actually played a QD game before.

Edit: oh man, and RAIN!!! SO MUCH WANT.

I'm just saying Wii U is next gen (with PS4 and Xbone) if you consider Wii to be current/last gen (with PS3 and 360), I'm not trying to start a war here, honest. :/

GTA V is truly the last hurrah, yeah.

Like, I might play some current-gen games that come out after it and there are definitely some I'm interested in, but it's basically the last must-play releasing on these consoles only. Anything that's cross-gen I'll be playing on PS4.

I've never heard of any game mentioned in the thread. Would anyone mind taking the time to explain to me why they are their most anticipated games?

At this point I'm discovering stuff I missed on PS3 and Wii since the upcoming games on PS3 don't appeal to me a lot (except for maybe Puppeteer).

GTA is the only heavy hitter left for me. Lightning Returns will be my last, as it's release will no doubt dovetail with InFamous nicely, and my transition to next-gen.

GTAV and Puppeteer are the last two titles for this gen that I'm looking forward to. After that it's all next-gen, all the time.

I really wish Rockstar would release an enhanced version (60fps/1080p) for PS4 launch.

GTAV, Beyond and Until Dawn (though I expect it to be mediocre at best).
Oh, and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons looks pretty interesting, too!

Dark souls two. Will be godlike.

Edit: For you see dark souls two will have ALL of the difficulty. And ALL of the deepness that I need in my video games.

I honestly dont care too much about gta 5

If you mean specifically console exclusive, it would probably be Gran Turismo 6. I'm getting Dark Souls 2 on PC and I'm going to try and stay strong and wait for the PC version of GTA V.

Definitely Lords of Shadow 2 (on PC too but targeted at current gen). Even just to hear the soundtrack. But I'm super excited to play the end of the trilogy.

I loved Heavy Rain a lot but I have serious reservations about Beyond, to the point where I think it might be a legitimately bad game. Oh well, I have it reserved so we'll see.

My most anticipated game is easily GT6, funnily enough I might dump my PS3 before it comes out.

Second would be Rain which looks fantastic and unique. Third is GTAV but after IV, I'm cautious. These games are generally too bloated, but I at least like GTAVs story premise and location.

Last on the list is Until Dawn if that is still a thing. Cheap B horror games ftw.

Currently Dragon's Crown. All of the stunning E3 footage has put me into full hype mode. Can't wait to sink my teeth into it.

Tales of Xillia because it is another game in the Tales series. I like the combat in most of the games and the skits are funny. I like party based action rpgs. The stories are not always great, but I've read it's okay in this one. The visual design also looks very good.

Tales of Symphonia HD Collection. 2 games in one. Never played these games and don't know much about them, but as I said, I do like the other Tales games I have played.

Puppeteer looks really charming platformer. The design is absolutely stunning. I hope the gameplay can match the visuals. I like that different costumes give different powers.

Killer is Dead looks like a crazy action game. Yet again, the graphics look awesome. Looks like a really cool over the top action game.

Dragon's Crown has great 2D art. Reminds me of old arcade beat 'em ups only with meaty rpg elements. Quests, looting, leveling up. This will be played in multiplayer.

Drakengard 3. I never actually played the first two. I'm only interested because people from the NieR team are working on this game.

Dark Souls 2. I loved Demon's Souls for its hard but mostly fair difficulty. It was an action (role playing) game that made sure you kept your focus on the screen and made you respect the world around you. I liked Dark Souls less, but I'm still excited for DS2.

Gran Turismo V. I've liked most of the GTA games, even if some of them were more flawed than others.

Gran Turismo 6. I'm getting this for my brother, but I know I'll spend many hours playing this with him. Racing games aren't usually my thing, playing with my brother is still fun.

These are ten games I want. I believe GTA5 and GT6 will get next gen versions.

Well my most anticipated game was The Last of Us and I finished it yesterday. Now I'm having a hard time deciding on what to play next from my Backlog because the game was incredible in almost every way to me.

BEYOND Two Souls caught my interest and I really liked Heavy Rain and Indigo Prophecy so I have high hopes. It's also a game very focused on Story telling so if you have a Wife or a girlfriend who is not a gamer at all, these types of games are interesting to play together, making choices, etc.

I'm also curious for Dark Souls II but I haven't finished the first ( I did finished Demon's Souls, however). Gran Turismo 6 is another anticipated title considering I'm starting to starve for a good racing game, however with the PS4 so close to release and getting Drive Club (different styles, I know) for "free" from PS Plus are making a harder choice on what to spend my money gaming wise.
