So fellow GAFer's. What is the oné scene that is the most cringe-inducing for you? A scene that actually made it feel quite hard to watch.
I am not talking about HOSTEL rated gore scenes because honestly those kind of scenes are just damn stupid. In fact, I encourage anyone to not post that kind of scenes.

Here is mine from Saving Private Ryan (knife scene):

I can watch the entire movie over and over again but that scene always makes me feel terrible for as long as it lasts.

I used to love The Fast and the Furious when it came out but I watched it again yesterday and man it was tough to watch it all. That's what age does to you I guess.

The worst thing in hostel was the cutting of the Achilles tendon for me, just because I'm afraid of having that happen to me somehow. All the other stuff was just fantasy.

The part in Disney's Pinocchio where the kid turns into a donkey, screaming for his mother.

Pure. Nightmare. Fuel.

Pinocchio is such a wonderfully dark movie.

What I love is that nobody ever goes back to rescue Lampwick and the other donkey kids. They're fucked for life, and Pinocchio was merely lucky to escape.

If we're talking awesomeness of movie compared to the awfulness of the scene, it's got to be the cat scene in Let The Right One In.

"Oh man, this movie is great. I can't wait to find out what happens with...., wait, what the fuck is this shit?"

Haha I don't really keep track of such things in movies, but....a funny, yet cringe inducing scene I saw recently was in that Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie...Is when one of the dudes (the taller/larger guy with the thick frames)....
gets his dick pierced, haha, even though it's clearly a (realistic) rubber dildo, they still get right in there with the camera and show it
and they just shove that scene in the audience's face out of nowhere.

Haha! now I think about it, I see the comedic appeal, but at the time I was like "WTF dude!! seriously?"

EDIT: Also, this thread is a huge SPOILER mine field, would a mod be kind enough to add "Please Use Spoiler Tags" in the title?

JFK is my favorite movie..but theres a scene in the directors cut that is so out of place it makes me cringe. It is right after Garrison does the television interview and he thinks someone is following him into the airport bathroom. It doesnt have any tension, its almost comical the way Garrision fumbles around in the stall and its always the one scene of any movie that makes me wish I had the ability to make one of those "fan edits" just so I can exorcise it from my copy. The theatrical cut was never released beyond LD and VHS.

The ear cutting scene in Reservoir Dogs. I always find it difficult to watch that movie.

Ha, actually just watched that last night. Yes, that was a pretty intense scene.

For some reason, I am bothered by the scene in Constantine where
the priest guy goes berserk in the liquor store.
. Just really messes with me whenever I see that.

Not a horror or suspense movie, but a comedy

Every time Mikey picks the phone back up everyone in the theater kept groaning 'oh god stop no!'

The only time I remember cringing at a film was during The Avengers when the old Jewish guy stands up in the crowd to confront Loki. It was just so fucking cheesy that I couldn't help but groan. Then I cringed again because everyone around me must've thought I was a nazi.

Yes! A quality post, I approve, yeah the "OMG! Please stop! you're so pathetic" cringe worthy scenes in movies are the best type of cringe inducing scenes... I think they resonate more emotionally with the audience than gory ones.

The end bit of Wedding Crashers when the blatantly obvious happens in the church. Fucks me right off because up until then, it was a pretty well done comedy.

Can't stand stuff like that. Overused cliches kill movies for me.

Also, The Dark Knight Rises. That entire scene when
the Wayne Enterprises' female partner reveals her betrayal and then, when all hope is lost, Catwoman saves the day right at the perfect moment.
Bleeeeeeeeuuuughhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Toby Maguires acting in Spiderman 3. The scenes when he starts dancing as well.

The "you mess with one of us then you mess with all of us" scene from Spiderman 1.

How Deadpool is handled in Wolverine.

that scene in war of the worlds where cruise says "get in manny or you're gonna die!" immediately comes to mind.

Bottle meets face in Pan's Labyrinth. I didn't expect it at all, and ended up feeling slightly sick.
Yeah I know, it's like, "ooh, he broke his nose. Oh shit, his nose has disappeared into his face. Oh shit, his face has disappeared into his face. Oh shit, it's now just a fruit bowl." Man, scene is so fucked up.

Amazing Spider-man was full of them, especially with that cheesy swan song they repeated every 90 seconds or less.

Recently watched Breakfast at Tiffany's and so my answer is anything with Mickey Rooney in it.

Yep, that's him. Yep, he sounds like you think he does.
