Your top 5 most anticipated 2014 games?

1) Stick of Truth
2) Wasteland 2
3) Starbound
4) Dark Souls 2
5) Transistor

After so many delays on some of these, it's hard to believe that they'll actually be delivering soon. Can't wait to sink my teeth into some good RPGs once again. And though I wasn't super excited for Wasteland 2 having not played the first, I am really curious how my first kickstarted game will turn out.

God the hype is intense over here. This shit better deliver real good.

I'm also excited for Monster Hunter 4 and Dark Souls 2. Add Dragon Quest X and VII too!

1)Halo 5
Probably my favorite franchise after Mass Effect, so I can't wait for this one. Loved Halo 4, and picturing what 343 can do on far superior hardware has my mouth watering.

2)The Witcher 3
Previous 2 games were excellent, hearing the changes they're making to the combat, even better dialogue and conversation system, and being completely open world with the visuals we've been seeing? No need to say more.

3)Dragon Age Inquisition
Origins was great, and while DAII had a ton of flaws, it still had some semblance of enjoyable traits (story, characters). DAI looks awesome in Frostbite 3, and the world is much bigger than both previous games combined. Horse riding, multiple races playable again, tactical view is back, etc.

4)The Order 1886
Played all of RAD's games on the PSP, and they've proven to me they're a capable dev by any stretch of the word. Read a lot about what they're going for, and alternate era Victorian London with deep characters and gorgeous visuals to boot means I'm there day one.

5)Destiny
It's Bungie. They haven't made anything I haven't loved. The universe they're building with the game also has me there day 1.
 
For me an anticipated game is something I must get on Day1 and everything I have seen so far there is only 1 game next year like that for me

Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes

Mainly because i'm an MGS fan really.

No order in particular. Came up with 4 right off the top of my head. Might add one later.

Bayonetta 2[/I]- My favorite character action game of all time gets a sequel. A Wiiu will probably be gracing me for this one.

Titanfall- Mecha fast paced shooter that everyone keeps hyping. I definitely want to get my hands on it.

Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2- First game took me by surprise. I await another trip down vampire lane presented by the MSteam's.

The Witcher 3- Love the books and the game on 360. Looks to be a fine, fine conclusion.

Probably won't make 2014:
Gravity Rush 2- One of my favorite vita games. Although it hasn't been confirmed at all for a 2014 release date I'm hoping it will make it.

Quantum Break- Remedy is the master at mixing action with atmospheric story telling. Super amped to try it out. However, another title that might take 5 years knowing the dev.

Infamous SS is a close 6th. I could spend all year on these games and probably will.
 
1) Persona 5 - I have to know what direction they are taking a new game after 4.

2) Dark Souls II - Looks like some promising changes were made to combat mechanics, also enjoying the new environments that have been shown.

3) The Witness - I have some hardcore nostalgia for any game that reminds me of Myst.

4) Titanfall - I want to say that I've seen it.

5) Bayonetta 2 - First game was just fun as hell and after skipping W101 I'm ready for another Platinum game.

Ok, in no particular order:

Wasteland 2.
Fallout 4 (please Lord).
Persona 5 (okay, who am I kidding. Probably 2015 for English translation).
Yoshi's Island 3DS
If Naughty Dog releases a game on PS4, that.

Otherwise, I don't want to name a 5th, as I'm still firmly invested in 2013 with its embarrassment of riches over these past few months.
 
No particular order for me and I'll try to add some discussion since list threads like this end up getting canned.

DriveClub - I'm really starving for a good racer. I don't really like the super sim stuff like Gran Turismo so I hope this title is kinda a sim/arcade hybrid. I'll buy it regardless though because it looks amazing.

Witcher 3 - Really enjoyed both of the other games. I'd like to get this on PS4 but I know I'll end up buying it on PC, where it's supposed to be played.

Infamous SS - I haven't been much of a fan of the previous entries but I'm willing to give it another go. The previous games got a little samey after a while. I hope this one breaks that form.

Naughty Dog: Anygame: I would literally buy anything they put out. It could come in a brown paper sleeve with no title and I would blind buy.

Destiny - I'm not much of a FPS fan, more like a casual FPS player but this games looks like it has the potential to be great. Especially if playing with friends or fellow GAF members.

Bayonetta 2 - Sequel to my favorite action game. Can't wait to see all of the new weapons, levels, and enemies in this. I'm also pretty excited to see how the co-op is going to work out.
Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze - DKCR was my favorite platformer last gen, and this one looks like more of the same.
Dark Souls II - Not much to say here, the two Souls games are easily my favorite RPGs from last gen. I've been avoiding information just so I can experience it fresh like I did with Demon's Souls. I just hope the end game areas in this are better than the ones in Dark Souls.
The Evil Within - New Mikami game.
Guilty Gear Xrd - I love the XX games and I've been playing AC+R on an almost daily basis but... I'm just happy we're going to get a full sequel. I'm really excited to see all of the new systems in place such as the new Roman Cancels.

I'd also say Persona 4 The Ultimax but that's just off my list. Next year's gonna be so fun.

Alright.

1) Bayonetta 2
Sequel to one of the greatest action games ever made. Early impressions are excellent, with a great showing at E3.

2) Project X
Xenoblade is considered by many as a classic RPG, so a spiritual Wii U sequel of sorts is great to see. Not in the least because the game has transforming mechas.

3) The Order: 1886
Ready at Dawn is a studio with an excellent track record, so seeing them working on a PS4 exclusive is very interesting. The premise and setting are excellent, the art direction is gorgeous and with RAD at the helm, I have little doubt it will play well too.

4) Hyper Light Drifter
A love letter to classic top down games from many moons ago. An action RPG with gorgeous sprite work and a really promising combat system. Glad I pledged for this one.

5) Quantum Break
I really like Remedy. Their games have an excellent sense of place, have cool puply writing and play well enough. They seem to have some interesting tech under the hood and a game in which you have a certain control over time itself could lead to some excellent gameplay scenarios.
 
Bayonetta 2 - Because I need it in my veins
X - looks like old school Otaku gaming.
Mario Kart 8 - It's Mario Kart. Come on.
Castlevania: LoS2 - Loved the first one.
