YouTube keeps flagging my Art Academy drawing of a Tomato as "inappropriate"

So I recently bought Art Academy Home Studio, the full game for the Wii U. I have the 3DS game too but it's basically been in my "backlog" if that even counts for a game like this.

What appealed to me about this version, was both the larger GamePad screen compared to the 3DS screen, and the automatic upload to YouTube feature. I thought it'd be really neat to have a video log of my artistic progress for my personal viewing rather than only just have completed images. The game uploads a timelapse of your drawing, sped up to either 4 minutes, 2 minutes, or 1 minute long videos. So I figure I'll upload 1 of each of the same picture just to see how the videos compare to each other. Just to get a feeling of what the speed of the videos look like on my PC.

So I do just that and my 1 minute Tomato drawing was flagged. I file an appeal. The videos were public and I figure some troll surely must have just randomly flagged it just because.

So since I want to look at the 1 min version, about 12 hours later I was getting tired of waiting for YouTube to restore it. I upload it again this time with different background music, so it's technically a different video. THIS TIME I make sure the video is unlisted, so no trolls can see it to flag it. According to the view count I'm the only one who watched it.

After about an hour of being up and unlisted YouTube says it got flagged and removed that video too. My 4 minute and 2 minute videos are fine, but for some reason YouTube won't let me have the 1 minute version up.

Now I have 2 flags, and I guess youtube locked me out of my account for 2 weeks or something ...or I hope just until whenever they get around to reversing my flagged videos.

Bummed. I liked the game, but now I can't use the YouTube upload feature. Not because of Nintendo, but because of YouTube. Now I guess I'm prevented from uploading anything more than just the very first lesson's results.

EDIT UPDATE:

Sometime today YouTube restored my videos, and took my account out of bad standing. No emails, or notifications they did that. I just randomly checked my account and boom everything is back to being OK again.

My account went from this

To now back to this

Anyways since my account no longer has flags against and I'm not worried about getting a 3rd flag in less than 24 hours I'll share the links, incase anyone wants to view the "inappropriateness" for themselves.

this reminds me of when I used my friends wii u to draw a goomba in miiverse and the post was removed for inappropriate content and my friends account was banned for a few days.

On a more serioud tone OP, it might be me having a huge imagination, but could the bot think its a scene of violence ?

When you look more closely, the tomato leaf looks like a guy dead on the ground, impaled, laying on blood.

I wonder if youtube uses some kind of algorithm like https://clearsite.io/isitporn/ to automatically flag videos based on color/motion signatures. Makes sense given the fleshy tones of the painting.

I think it's an error rather than a flag by any kind of "algorithm" checking for lewd stuff.

I can link you a 3 hour JAV video that someone put on youtube 3 days ago for some reason and it's still up.
