I wouldn't use Card Trader, to be honest.
I like to think about a top-decking situation as the worst case for choosing cards for my deck and I don't think Card Trader is a good one in that case.
My "theory-oh" is really rusty but if I'm losing, I don't want to draw a card that needs other cards to work (and that I have to wait until my next Standby Phase to begin to use, at the risk of losing my card because the opponent destroys it or drawing the exact same card I returned), and in the other hand, if I have the luxury of trading a card of my hand to see what can I get, I'm already in either a comfortable or winning position.
I'd rather use Jar of Greed to thin the deck or Common Charity if you can run it, besides both being "cheaper".

So, I pulled a Pumprincess and it's awesome. I didn't know the ATK reduction was per player's Standby Phase instead of just my Standby Phase, so it's a costless, but slower Wonder Balloons. I'd use Balloons only if I needed a discard outlet.
