Movie looks fucking great. I also have no doubt that Snyder will make Superman awesome again.
 
I hope this movie is awesome and a big success so that people get even more excited for Superman.
 
I had a better impression after the teaser than after this trailer. Dialogue and performances seem corny and stilted, respectively, but of course a trailer isn't necessarily a good place to judge any of that.

I have no idea how old these girls are supposed to be. Somewhere between 14 and 22?

Late teens to mid 20's if I remember correctly.

why did they shit-can singer? because he already fucked up the relaunch of the franchise dude

at this point i can see why WB would have more confidence in Snyder than Singer, although the inspired choice would have been the Wachowski Bros., that would have been the end all be all

The girls are all in a mental institution. So. I mean, I don't have the screenplay in front of me, but it may be that they're just crazy and hallucinating dragons and zombie nazis and robot samurai. Or it might be Oz / Wonderland ambiguous. *shrug*

I don't get the hate? I mean its not meant to be Oscar material, but shit anything that isn't stolen from a book or comic is something I need to support.
 
I wish the 1080p video was better encoded way too much pixelation in the blacks, ruins so many of my captures. I wanted to make a few my desktop but the pixelation in the blacks kill it for me =(

This movie looks too cool and stylistic! Damn you Zack Snyder! You're going to ruin the super serious and mature hero Superman.
 
I'll say this for Snyder: his trailer music selection is pretty damn good.

I'll see this. Snyder's movies are a guilty pleasure (hell, Dawn of the Dead and Watchmen were better than they should've been), and this looks in line with that. Bring it on.
 
Just saw the trailer for this on apple trailers, I'm honestly shocked at the quality :lol

Was not expecting it to look that good.

Kill Bill being my favourite modern film, all I can say, is fuck yeah.
 
They're showing one of those pre-movie features for this at AMC with interviews spliced into footage. It ends with this really corny line from Scott Glenn about the action and visuals being a sucker punch to the audience, and he tries to do enact a sucker punch while saying this, except he looks like he's never thrown a punch before.
 
I'm ready. Visuals are top notch obviously and the story is way too ridiculous so yeah, I'm in :D

Disliking the look of this doesn't mean you're "expective oscar award winning dialogue".
This just looks uninspired. I've seen Casshern and other films pull these same moves already.
 
I don't understand how people get of watching hookers-looking girls killing dumb shit.

Look at all the good action movies with female protagonists, them don't dress like trashy sluts. The only good hooker-killing-shit movie I can think of is Planet Terror. I loved that movie, it is my favorite Robert Rodriguez movie ever. But it sold like shit. These character designs will turn off a lot of female audiences.

Also, it would have worked a lot better with just 1 or 2 girls instead of a whole fucking team. Not only its hard for people to tell one from the other. I don't even remember how many girls are in that team. I will cringe if the token black chick get killed off first.
