Hm, curious. I selected the banner asking to Preorder Now, it took me to the store's page, and I checked out. Again, no idea if that constitutes an actual preorder or not, as I've never actually preordered anything from PSN, but that was my experience just a moment ago.

I thought it said that you do on the FS website, I am not sure thought but it wouldn't hurt to call into customer service.hmm.. I don't think Canadian get the pre-ordered bonus, at least not at FS
