I'm starting to like DLC. It brings something fresh to a game which you've finished.

I can't wait for the Uncharted and Ratchet DLC.

I think DLC (particularly the rockband and folklore DLC released today) could be "priced" a little better. These microtransactions are making me feel a bit ripped off. Announcing a later date when they can be downloaded for free (see Halo 3 map-packs) would certainly help some. Now in the case of the Warhawk expansion coming out this month, I feel the supposed $8 price to be fair as the DLC provided seems to change the way the game will be played significantly.

ND are apparently looking into DLC but there are no firm plans. If they do anything I'd imagine it would be more like episodic content. Insomniac could easily do some kind of mission DLC though, or even some new Arena challenges.

Not to re-open old wounds but for the life of me I have no idea as to the point Elhandro was trying to make. And Hitler must be new to these threads as well because there is usually a lot of bitching about the lack of content, US users in particular are constantly complaining (rightfully so) about the absurdly small line-up of PSX games. Personally I'm disappointed in the lack of retro games on offer, especially compared to XBLA. Still, if Sony want to concentrate on original content, more power to them. To my mind PSN is miles ahead of XBLA in that regard, at least in terms of quality.

Didn't know Naughty Dog was looking into it, would be cool if they gave us a little DLC. We should bug jstevenson to see in Insomniac is considering it for R&C!

As for that guy, he's just been getting on my nerves with the constant bashing. But it doesn't really matter now, so we should let it rest.

Yeah, I could have sworn SCEA said last year they wanted PSN to have original games mostly, not just dump old arcade games which have been ported who knows how many times. I can say I prefer that route. But then Sony Online Entertainment put up some classic games, so who really knows.

I read the High Velocity Bowling review at IGN and it increased my interests. I hope for a demo to try it out.

i LOVED vib ribbon, so... i'm hoping this is everything it could be.

still irrespective of me currently be Sony leaning, these threads are great. Sony don't put something like this out, and it's really useful to me to see if there's anything worth checking out on any of the stores without having to log in and out and all that to look at the EU and JP store.

I mean, things are getting ridiculous with PSN games on the Euro store. There were big delays for the first ones, like CAC, but now it's beyond stupidity.

SF puzzle ? Piyotama ? PixelJunk Racers ? Everyday shooter ?

And I'm sure I forget one or two.

Not that I necessarily care about all those games, but I really wonder what the fuck is going on with PSN games for europe. They need to get their shit together.

Now it works the other way with PS1 games. EU gets a bit more love than US. (but still way less than japan)

Can't wait for the other packs to be released for Folklore. I have until pack 3, and although we probably won't get it, I love that Famitsu editor thingy. I hope SCEE makes a smart move and releases the Xmas pack in time. Like the stuff in that.
