Character models are pretty amazing up close, but environments look only slightly improved. Still, I'll be buying it. I never picked up Black... did it ever even come out in PAL territories?

Higher polygon count all around, more gloss, dynamic lighting, self-shadowing, higher-res and depth of field used. It's a noticeable upgrade all around with some enemies receiving overhaul like that giant fossil dinosaur which actually has decay and left over skin on it. Most same art assets used obviously, but still the graphical upgrade should be obvious to anyone here.yahso said:

Agreed. The only level that was hard on Master Ninja was the first (flaming ninjas FTL).
