wow well I guess I'm not getting it... :/ That is just lazy... The Wii version should work on the Dsi... :/

Not lazy at all--the screen resolution for the DSi is much lower than the Wii and they have a smaller size requirement for DSiWare than they did for WiiWare.

Gaijin Games' (Bit.Trip series) Lilt Line will come out on Wiiware on 12/13. It looks like an off the wall version of LightTrax.

Gotta say, the releases are pretty solid for Nintendo's download services as of late.

First it was Snowpack Park, then the week after Cave Story DSi, then this week it's Fluidity, and then the next will be Lilt Line.

I just wanted to say that Karnov's Revenge is an awesome awesome fighter.
It's after "Art of Fighting" my fav NeoGeo fighter and I rate it higher than SF4.

get it on VC!

Not actually that important
Fluidity seems a sure buy, but more than Loco Roco/MMR it reminds me of Soul Bubble!
That's a good thing. :)

Also I have to say that it sucks that Wii only owners got "stripped", for the time being, of Super Meat Boy. The game's incredible and it would've been among Wiiware's top 3 or 4; Edge's 9 out of 10 is spot on.
I have to admit that despite the retro graphics, the PQ of HD does show and improve the overall style of the game a lot more than I had anticipated (it's not like Megaman 9 where it doesn't make a difference imo)... but I still wish I had the chance to play it with the Wiimote/CCpro d-pad and use the pointer with the level editor.
But I think that most of the audience of the game has both console (or maybe a pc), so it could very well have low sales when it comes out on Wii... they need a sale for people who have bought the game on another platform and lots and lots of extras (not more characters, thanks).

The funny thing is that from what it sounds like Nintendo actually approached them to produce the game for WiiWare. Edmund was producing another of his projects (the game where you play a child and a large creature jumping from planet to planet) to WiiWare and decided to go to Super Meat Boy instead. Once MS got them signed in for XBLA exclusivity and such, they went to focus on that version, just about ignoring the issue with WiiWare size until they were done with it (even the PC version is still technically incomplete by its release). And now...well, they can't put Super Meat Boy on WiiWare.

So what does that mean for SMB on Wii? Well, no WiiWare version, period, unless the game is made much shorter and ultimately suckier. That not only delays the release but also angers those who have been waiting since the WiiWare version was announced (the first version announced, too).

Team Meat is talking with Nintendo about what to do, and without WiiWare being a possibility...they can only go retail, which is hell considering how terribly anti-supportive publishers are with it. And with PC getting the exclusive level editor and XBLA getting Teh Internets...what in the hell could the Wii version get that is worthy of considering it an exclusive? I've thought a multiplayer option and extra worlds would be cool, but they claim multiplayer sucks and I doubt extra worlds are on the cards.

My guess: Retail release by April or May next year, with WiiWare Indie exclusive characters. As for other exclusives, they will need more than just five characters to make it worth a third purchase, especially as it will be the most expensive of the three and the latest release. Also, considering that they are busily adding content to the other two versions still, who knows when they'll have their attention on the Wii version fully...

It was in the US (Pokemon Rumble launched on 11/16/09 alongside the 5 demos, including a Rumble one), although I'm not sure about Europe...
