I sent a scan of my signed NDA back last Friday. I didn't hear about anything from that but I got a separate email about my PC testing (and getting DX diag) with a tester ID on it, does that mean it was received and all is ok?
I'm not an Xbone owner but I was thinking of applying and I have PC/PS3/Wii U. However, I'm a full-time college student with only a month left of the semester and don't want to apply if I can't dedicate every Saturday to test something. I was wondering, since you're currently looking for Xbone owners primarily, would it be better to apply now since I would be contacted later on for future projects? Or, should I wait until I'm done with school for the semester to apply when I'm sure I'll have time available to me in case I would get contacted right away?
Sorry if it's such a specific question, haha. I just sort of don't want to miss out on this opportunity.

The PC information email was sent to all eligible participants in our files, regardless of their NDA status. Any NDAs received last Friday afternoon or later have been on hold due to heavy workload here - but those are currently being processed so you should hear from us this week with an appropriate confirmation =]

It's always better to apply ASAP to get your file in our system and receive news about opportunities - we're also cooking up projects which won't be hosted on the weekends (although most larger sessions are, usually).
If you're unavailable for a period of time, simply drop us an email and we'll mark you as On Hold until you confirm your availability again =]

Because information can change with time, when there's opportunities on different platforms, we send the announcement to everyone who's eligible for the global program, not just the specific console. Note that not registering for a particular platform or project does not prevent you from participating to other projects; they're all treated separately.

I really hope they select me for some work. I've never done test before and I'm really anxious to get experience. I am available to test on all platforms. I applied earlier this week, but still haven't had a reply.

Couple of questions:
1)I've signed the NDA with Echosign but the "Name of the employer", "employee", "Date" etc were still blank after going through the drill. Only my email and signature (a small pic of my written sig) was pasted on it at the bottom, was that correct/normal?
2)at first, when filling my application, I didn't check "Xbox One" as one of the platforms I own, but I then immediately replied (as suggested in your "you're an eligible canditate" email) to Simon's email with my Gold gamertag, specifying that in fact I do own an Xbox One. Never got a reply, or knew how to check if my application was actually updated with the correct info, so I took the whole survey again (and attached my Tester ID to the application) and this time I made sure to put in all the platforms I can test on.
Does the fact that yesterday I've received the NDA to sign means that I'm in the Xbox One project and that you guys actually updated my profile's info?
Will I receive my download code in time for the next remote test for the XBox One project?

I think you didn't checked "Only I sign" in your EchoSign homepage, did you? Because they don't have to sign it, it's your signature only that has to be at the bottom. Maybe you can try to contact them on Facebook or Twitter for a quick solution and not sending another NDA...
Sounds like you done it right. Hopefully tomorrow we'll start seeing the xbox one beta invites go out.

I can't believe that this thread has blown up so big and also got the guys at VMC involved.
All I can say is that my first experience was very professionally run and the communication from VMC over everything has been amazing.
I am really happy that I could get so many GAF members onboard. I hope you all have the experience that I had, and like I said earlier in the thread... breaking NDA's is not cool and will have serious consequences. Be aware of that and remember that this is paid, professional work.

The echosign was different but I think I did it right.
Though I'm unsure because my Adobe E-mail that I signed in with for the echosign website and my e-mail I used for VMC is different so I don't know if that is an issue or not.

There's currently 25 XB1 gamertag requests waiting in my folder, I'll get through these today =]
For applicants who signed up within the two weeks, only those with Xbox Ones got an NDA, which means your file should be good!
As you guessed it could take some time, Mat still has 326 NDAs to go through and the number is climbing ;]
Just send an email with that info to vmcmontrealcoordinators@vmc.com and we'll add it! We're also working on a different method to access profiles, look out for news regarding this for this summer! =D

The fourth link in the list, tagged "Asia & Oceania" [https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VMC-AHT-APP-ASOC], is where you'll find India listed =]
Once you sign the NDA, you're covered for all projects within our program. At this point though, of the recent applicants, only those with an Xbox One listed were sent an NDA as it's our current focus. Once projects on other platforms are available, we'll send new waves of NDAs to applicable candidates =]
